You can upload files, create quizzes, surveys, write articles, embed videos, and other external material. You can add tasks and place them on the newcomer’s timeline. Then you create role-specific or general introduction plans where you piece all the content together. You can create standard notifications and invitation texts, but you can also personalize them for each invitation. The invitation lands conveniently in the newcomer’s phone and/or as an email. All you need to create a user is; name, email address and/or phone number. For bigger companies, the batch function is useful and there is also an API option available for making automations. Most frequent questions and answers
Our plans are base on active users. One user or administrator that can log in occupies one license/seat. You can make users inactive manually or by a specific date.
Plans are purchased by credit card in advance with 3 months as the shortest period of time available. We feel that three months is a reasonable time to execute an introduction. You can always revert to the free plan (1 user) to try out the solution.
We have divided our offering in three main types:
- Free (1 user, 1 administrator)
- Subscriptions (4-100 active users/administrators)
- Enterprise (+150 active users/administrators)
Free has these limitations: 5 SMS/Text messages/month, 10MB upload quota, Boardon as text-message sender and 1 administrator
The subscriptions have more flexible text message, admins and upload quota. You can also change your sender-id* for text-messages. The batch import is activated for adding new users.
For Enterprise customers you get access to priority support, API, advanced CSS and training.

No, you always start in the free plan and then you can decide to upgrade to a paid plan from the administration. Then you are required to add your credit card details.
If you need to purchase by an invoice, contact email@example.com. We offer this service mainly within the EU.
Yes! You can upgrade, downgrade or cancel your account at any time. If you cancel your paid subscription you will revert to the “free” plan.
Upgrades will take immediate effect and downgrades takes affect by the next period.
Yes, we do offer support for the administrators for all plans, even the free plan. You can make a request to firstname.lastname@example.org or directly from the administrative interface.
Paid plans will get priority support and the Enterprise level can get phone support.
Our text-message function works in most countries in the world. Please contact us if you have a question for a specific country as this is subject to change. There are some limitations on using text as sender in some countries (e.g. “CompanyName”. This will then be substituted with a number.
